Auntie’s Baskets — Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 20, 2026

Plain-language summary

Auntie’s Baskets collects no personal data. It does not connect to any server, send any analytics, or share any information with third parties. Everything the app stores lives only on your device.

The detailed policy below describes the same thing in the formal language App Store and GDPR/CCPA reviewers expect.

1. Information we collect

We collect nothing. Auntie’s Baskets does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash logs sent to us, advertising IDs, location, or any other data about you on any server we operate.

The app’s only data storage is your local progress (which levels you’ve completed, which designs you’ve revealed, app settings). This data is stored on your device using Apple’s standard local-storage APIs. We never see it.

2. Information we do not collect

For clarity, the following are explicitly not collected:

3. Third-party services

Auntie’s Baskets uses no third-party services. It does not embed analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, social SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or any other network-connected libraries.

The app does not connect to the internet at any point during normal use.

4. Apple’s role

When you purchase Auntie’s Baskets, Apple handles the transaction. Apple’s own privacy practices apply to that purchase. We do not receive your name, email, or payment information from Apple — only that an anonymous purchase was made.

If you contact Apple Support about Auntie’s Baskets, Apple’s privacy policy applies to that interaction.

5. Children

Auntie’s Baskets is rated 4+ and is appropriate for children. Because we collect no information, we do not collect information from anyone of any age — including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR).

6. Your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws

Because we collect no personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict on your behalf.

Your local progress data lives on your device. To delete it, delete the app — iOS removes the local data with the app.

7. Changes to this policy

If we ever begin collecting any data (we do not currently plan to), we will update this policy and notify users via an app update before any collection begins.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to: henry.delaney@gmail.com

We’ll respond, but the most likely answer is “we still don’t collect anything.” If that ever changes, this policy will change first.
